The Science of Exam Stress: Why Pressure Hijacks Working Memory — and What Actually Helps
Most of what students believe about exams — that blanking means you didn't study, that procrastination is laziness, that a bad grade is a verdict on your intelligence — doesn't survive contact with the data.
