Email support@realitywipe.com and describe what happened. We usually reply within two business days.
It speeds things up if you include your device model, iOS version, the app version from Setup, and the approximate time the problem happened. Please do not send passwords or payment details.

2. Subscription and billing
What is free and what is paid
Your first protocol and its full seven-day arc are free, and stay free. RealityWipe Pro adds additional protocols at the same time, unlimited voice takes, and the features that compound across protocols.
Restore a purchase
If you reinstalled the app or signed in on a new device, open Setup and choose Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account that bought the subscription.
Cancel or manage
Apple handles subscriptions. Open Setup and choose Manage subscription, which takes you straight to your Apple subscription settings, or go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Apple issues all App Store refunds, not us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a charge looks wrong, email us and we will help you work out what happened.
These are separate systems. Cancel the subscription in your Apple settings as well, or it will keep renewing.
3. Recordings and microphone
RealityWipe asks for microphone permission the first time you record. If you declined, open Settings, find RealityWipe, and turn Microphone on. Recording will not work until you do.
Recordings are stored privately against your account and played back only to you. You can erase every recording from our servers at any time in Setup, under Erase my voice, without deleting the rest of your account.
If a take sounds clipped or silent, check that nothing else is holding the microphone, that your device is not in silent-with-headset mode, and that you are not in a call.
4. Reminders and notifications
Reminders are optional and play back your own recordings at times you choose. Enable or disable them in Setup, or in Settings, RealityWipe, Notifications.
A reminder can include the text of your script, which may appear on your lock screen where others can see it. To hide it, go to Settings, Notifications, RealityWipe, and set Show Previews to When Unlocked or Never.
If reminders stop arriving, check that notifications are still allowed, that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not filtering them, and that your device time zone is correct.
5. Account and data
You can start using RealityWipe without creating a named account. Signing in with Apple or Google links your work to an account so it survives reinstalling the app or moving to a new device.
To delete everything, open Setup and choose Delete account and all data. This removes your account records and voice recordings from our active systems. It cannot be undone, and it does not cancel an Apple subscription.

6. Troubleshooting
Pro did not unlock after paying
Entitlements occasionally take a moment to sync. Try Restore purchases in Setup first. If it still has not unlocked after a few minutes, email us with the date of purchase and we will fix it manually.
The app will not load
Check your connection, then force-quit and reopen. If it persists, reinstall — signing back in with the same method restores your protocols and recordings.
My content is in the wrong language
RealityWipe follows your device language for English, Spanish, German, French, and Portuguese. You can change the content language in Setup.
7. If you need urgent help
RealityWipe is a practice tool for changing self-talk. It is not therapy, it is not medical advice, and it is not a crisis service. It should not be used as a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Contact your local emergency number immediately. In the United States and Canada, call or text 988. In the United Kingdom and Ireland, call 116 123 to reach Samaritans. Elsewhere, the International Association for Suicide Prevention lists local crisis centres at iasp.info.
If a thought you are working on is tied to ongoing distress, please talk to a doctor or a licensed therapist. Using RealityWipe alongside professional care is fine; using it instead of care you need is not what it is for.
